Our Businesses.

Commercial-energybrokers and Westburn services are trading names of Errlwood Limited an independent multi service utility broker; property letting and management company with over 10 years experience in the business.

We are a family run business based in Broughty Ferry with over 50 properties under management for over 30 different landlords. Our Commercial Utility business has over 100 clients ranging from small corner shop to large engineering customers.

We pride ourselves on giving ALL our clients a personal service and not just being there to take there money or a distant call centre where you do not know who you are speaking with.

Utilities

We provide a free independent, no obligation assessment of utility (electricity, gas, mobile and fixed line telephone) costs to both domestic and commercial clients. Our aim is to optimise clients running costs and reduce their costs for energy and telephony. We also provide non geographic 0800; 0845; and 0870 numbers as well as a full range of integrated telephone and broadband packages all at a significant saving over BT and Cable.

Property Management.

Our property letting and management services provide a complete property portfolio management service for the domestic letting market whether it be a single property or a multi unit portfolio. We can if required provide a letting only service.

Working in the energy business highlights to us more than most that we must all do our bit to care for the environment and to care for Scotland. It is our company policy to always supply a quote for renewable energy when quoting for our customers.

We have however, decided to go that little bit further…We have planted enough trees this year to mitigate our carbon footprint!!

Our part of Teaghlach Wood

Thanks to all of our customers we are proud to be establishing our very own part of Teaghlach Wood, located near the picturesque village of Comrie in Perthshire.

Each time we get a new customer we will plant trees for that company with Trees4Scotland.

We see our part of this exciting project as being a living example of what can be achieved by working together. Feedback from our customers thus far has been fantastic and some have even starting planting more of their own with Trees4Scotland.

Trees4Scotland’s Teaghlach Wood project consists of native tree varieties such as oak, birch, rowan and willow which promote biodiversity and encourage the regeneration of woodland wildlife habitats.

Scotland currently has about 17% woodland coverage which is not a lot when compared to countries on mainland Europe who have an average of 32% coverage. We have a long way to go so every contribution helps!
